Liberación, the benefit CD from and for San Lucas
Tolimán, Guatemala. This CD features the voices of 600 Guatemalan
children, led in song by five notable musicians from both the United
States and Guatemala, singing Latin American songs of devotion,
justice and peace. 100% of the proceeds from the sales of this disc
will directly benefit the children, school, church & community
of San Lucas Tolimán, Guatemala.
Liberación presents 20 beautiful songs, accompanied
by a 28 page full-color booklet, which includes the Spanish lyrics
and their English translations, as well as many vivid photos of
the children, community and landscape of San Lucas.
The music will transport you to the warm, fertile land of Guatemala,
with its vibrant colors and rich Mayan traditions. With each song,
you will hear and feel the joy and hope in the children’s voices,
as they welcome you into their village, their culture and their
hearts.
